Over the years, we have built a strong and diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting, and Heavy Machinery trading, providing innovative solutions for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and camp administration across all businesses within the Group. The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law, supports site, camp, and office operations, and acts as a key HR partner to management.While the role supports the entire Group, prior experience within the construction sector is strongly preferred, given the nature of site-based operations and workforce requirements.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Employee LifecycleOversee end-to-end HR operations across Group businesses, sites, camps, and officesManage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals, and amendmentsCoordinate with PRO / Government Relations on visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and cancellationsMaintain accurate personnel records, HR systems, and documentationPayroll & AttendanceSupervise and coordinate monthly payroll processing across Group entitiesReview and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, and deductionsEnsure payroll accuracy in line with employment contracts and UAE Labour LawCoordinate with Finance to resolve payroll discrepanciesSupport WPS compliance and payroll audits as requiredCamps & Workforce AdministrationSupervise HR-related camp administration, including accommodation allocation, transfers, and exitsMonitor compliance with camp rules, hygiene standards, and employee welfare requirementsAct as the HR focal point for camp-related employee mattersEmployee Relations & SupervisionHandle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigationsSupport management with manpower planning and workforce coordinationSupervise and guide HR team membersEnsure consistent implementation of Group HR policies and proceduresRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAEProven experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and camp administrationStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirementsFluent in English and ArabicProficiency in MS Office and HR / payroll systemsPrior HR experience within the construction sector or site-based environmentsExposure to multi-entity or group-level HR operationsProfessional CompetenciesStrong supervisory and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentialityAbility to work under pressure and meet operational deadlinesExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesPractical, hands-on approach#J-18808-Ljbffr
