Human Resources Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance core HR operational functions within a leading real estate organization in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance with UAE labour regulations, and a seamless employee experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentationEnsure HR policies, procedures, and processes are consistently implemented and compliant with UAE labour lawsOversee payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and HR systems managementDrive continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiencyPartner with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and HR service deliveryManage HR data, reporting, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and transparencySupport audits, compliance requirements, and internal governance standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field7–10 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist rolesStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practicesExperience working with HRIS systems and HR process optimizationExcellent organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
