Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job DescriptionJob TitleHSE Officer – UAE NationalJob DetailsLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesSector: Rail / Metro / Transportation InfrastructureEmployment Type: Full-timeNationality Requirement: UAE Nationals onlyWe are seeking aHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to support project HSE activities across major infrastructure and rail projects.The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project safety standards, and supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the HSE Manager in implementing project safety policies and proceduresConduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessmentsAssist in risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systemsMonitor compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and regulationsParticipate in incident investigations and reportingDeliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE training sessionsMonitor hazardous materials management and employee exposure risksSupport continuous improvement initiatives in HSE practicesPromote a strong safety culture across employees and subcontractorsParticipate in emergency response and act as contact point when requiredQualificationsUAE National (mandatory)Minimum 1–2 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projectsKnowledge of incident investigation techniques and safety reportingFamiliarity with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 standardsNEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent qualificationMinimum IELTS 5.5Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations in the UAEUAE driving license preferredAdditional InformationPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted#J-18808-Ljbffr
