Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within the healthcare sector, with specific experience in DOH (Department of Health) audits and compliance. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing and supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations, with a focus on DOH requirements.Manage the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding and orientation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and training logs.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to ensure ongoing professional development.Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR needs and challenges.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry in Abu Dhabi.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations, including DOH audit requirements.Proven experience in conducting and managing DOH audits.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi.Familiarity with local healthcare accreditation standards and processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
