HR Manager with School Experience

International Community Schools (ICS) is a leading educational group in Abu Dhabi with 6 branches offering American and British curriculum. We are committed to delivering high-quality education through a diverse and professional team of educators and support staff. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our Head Office team in Abu Dhabi. The HR Manager will oversee the HR Officers across all ICSS branches and will be primarily responsible for recruitment, staff onboarding, policy implementation and HR operations across the group. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment of HR practices with the schools strategic goals and support the smooth functioning of HR across all branches.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the HR function across all ICSS branches reporting directly to senior management.Oversee and coordinate the recruitment process for teaching and administrative staff both locally and internationally.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE labor laws and school regulations.Provide guidance and support to HR Officers at each branch on employee relations, disciplinary actions and performance management.Coordinate onboarding, orientation and induction programs for new hires.Maintain and improve HR systems and employee records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Monitor staffing needs and coordinate with principals and department heads to fulfill recruitment plans.Support strategic planning by analyzing HR metrics and forecasting workforce requirements.Manage staff contract renewals and end‑of‑service processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including visa processing, labor contracts and MOE approvals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage).Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.>Previous experience in the education sector or school operations in the UAE is highly preferred.Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment best practices and HR policies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a distributed team.Proficient in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management.High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.BenefitsAs per UAE Labor Laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
