OverviewThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to various teams across Mirai, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee experience within a dynamic, innovation-driven, and tech-centric environment. This role contributes directly to building a high-performance culture through leading organizational development initiatives, driving change management, and empowering leaders and talent to create impact in the gaming industry.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to development, product, and operations teams to understand challenges and opportunities, delivering HR solutions tailored to business needsSupport the execution of the HR strategic plan, focusing on organizational development, employee experience, and cultural transformationLead Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including designing organizational structures and agile pod-based teamsDriving enterprise-wide change management initiativesImplementing leadership development and readiness programsEnhancing end-to-end employee experience touchpointsAnalyze HR data such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends to drive actionable insightsSupport effective workforce planning aligned with local and global expansion goalsEmpower team leaders through coaching and training to ensure effective people management practicesContribute to digital HR transformation initiatives enhancing both efficiency and employee experienceEnsure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies, while actively participating in policy development aligned with modern work environmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum of 7+ years' experience as an HRBP or in Organizational Development within dynamic environments, preferably in gaming, tech, or digital media sectorsStrong knowledge of OD concepts, performance management, change management, and org designProven ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environmentsAnalytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solvingFluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)Preferred certifications: SHRM, CIPDBenefitsVIP Medical insurance for employee and his parentsPhone allowanceKids education allowanceGym allowance#J-18808-Ljbffr
