Position: HR AdministratorIndustry: Engineering & Geotechnical ServicesLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleOur client in the engineering and geotechnical services industry is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day‑to‑day human resources operations. The role will involve handling HR documentation, employee coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records, HR databases and personnel filesSupport recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination and onboardingPrepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR‑related correspondenceCoordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID and other PRO‑related documentationAssist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management and timesheetsHandle employee queries related to HR policies and proceduresSupport performance reviews, training coordination and HR reportsEnsure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 24 years of HR administration experience in the UAEPrior experience in engineering, construction or technical industries is preferredStrong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practicesExcellent organizational, communication and coordination skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information professionallyImmediate or short notice period preferredWhats OfferedStable role with a reputed client in the engineering sectorProfessional work environmentGrowth and learning opportunitiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates may apply directly or share their updated CV via email.Email:#J-18808-Ljbffr
