Job Description
Restoration and maintenance of the full HR administration cycle: HR documentation military registration occupational health and safety and fire safety.Maintaining a database of employment and service contracts across different jurisdictions and cooperation formats (employment B2B etc.).Monitoring deadlines for signing renewals and document relevance; supporting the entire document workflow.Interaction with international HR partners and outsourcing platforms (e.g. Deel Remote).Development and regular updating of internal regulations and documents in accordance with business requirements and legislation.Advising employees on employment and documentation issues.Supporting international hiring processes and providing assistance at all stages.Supporting the operational activities of the HR department.Qualifications3 years of experience as an HR Admin or in a similar role.Experience in restoring HR documentation.Experience with military registration occupational health and safety fire safety and interaction with government authorities.Proficient in Excel: formatting setting up complex formulas interconnected sheets and documents.Experience working with payroll.Ability to work with large volumes of data: analysis preparation of analytical reports and data visualization.Experience with HR analytics and understanding of key metrics.Experience working with HRM systems.Basic understanding of labor legislation in Europe Asia USA.English language at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.What we offerWork in a modern international technology company without bureaucracy legacy systems or technical debt.Excellent opportunities for professional growth and self-realization.Remote work from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule.Compensation for health insurance sports activities and professional training.Remote WorkYesEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
