Hospitality Recruiter / Remote

This role is ideal for independent recruiters who can manage both candidate recruitment and employer acquisition.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Work remotely and manage recruitment activities independently</p></li><li><p>Source candidates for<b>hospitality and beauty roles</b>using multiple channels (job portals CRM social media referrals etc.)</p></li><li><p>Headhunt qualified candidates at various levels</p></li><li><p>Consult and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process</p></li><li><p>Maintain and manage candidate data using CRM systems</p></li><li><p>Work with<b>potential clients and employers</b>in hospitality and beauty sectors</p></li><li><p>Make<b>cold calls outreach and follow-ups</b>to attract new employers</p></li><li><p>Present recruitment services and close employer agreements</p></li><li><p>Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and employers</p></li><li><p>Meet placement and client acquisition targets</p></li></ul><h3>Employers</h3><ul><li><p><b>Middle East-based employers</b>including hotels restaurants resorts and<b>beauty salons</b></p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Proven experience in<b>headhunting or recruitment</b>(hospitality and/or beauty industry preferred)</p></li><li><p>Experience using<b>CRM systems</b></p></li><li><p>Strong sourcing skills through<b>social media and online platforms</b></p></li><li><p>Confidence in<b>cold calling and client outreach</b></p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and consulting skills</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li><p><b>Commission-only structure</b></p></li><li><p>Commission paid per successful placement and/or client acquisition</p></li><li><p>Unlimited earning potential based on performance</p></li></ul><h3>Work Arrangement</h3><ul><li><p>Fully remote</p></li><li><p>Flexible working hours</p></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
