Heroes Program Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell all Heroes Program services to parents and potential members.Oversee daily program operations and act as the main link between Arena and parents.Maintain regular parent communication, collecting 2–4 feedback forms weekly.Collaborate closely with Heroes Coaches to ensure a smooth program experience.Prepare and maintain accurate attendance and checklist reports.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and supervision for all participants.Prioritize child safety during arrival and departure.Record behavioral issues, injuries, and concerns, and report them to the Club Manager.Share weekly reports with the Club Manager and Heroes of the Month names with IT.Coordinate with Marketing for newsletter updates by the 20th of each month.Ensure correct use of the Perfect Gym system and completion of all membership forms.Stay informed about club operations, rules, promotions, and events.Participate in meetings, events, and professional development activities.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Club Manager.SkillsCommunication & Customer Service SkillsOrganizational & ReportingEnglish#J-18808-Ljbffr
