We innovate every day to make the world a healthier place.To fully realize Pfizer’s purpose – Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives – we have established a clear set of expectations regarding “what” we need to achieve for patients and “how” we will go about achieving those goals.Pfizer offers competitive compensation and benefits programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our colleagues.The Healthcare Access Manager is a customer facing role with an extension of market access, engaging with payers, institutions, HCPs and other key stakeholders to deliver value‑based messages of Pfizer medicines, and enhance access through innovative healthcare solutions and partnerships.Establishes relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand payers’ unmet needs and coordinate commercial & access long‑term business objectives to maximize access.Creates a customized value proposition, based on a deep understanding of payerNeeds to secure access for new product launches, formulary inclusions, value‑added programs (e.g. disease awareness and education), and/or Innovativeagreements.ResponsibilitiesLeads interactions with assigned accounts to establish and build strong long‑term relationships.Accelerate access timelines of Pfizer breakthrough in the main accounts.Responsible for pricing and non‑pricing proposals for assigned accounts to achieve formulary inclusion of Pfizer products.Understands access and pricing conditions for key Pfizer and competitor products in assigned accounts.Maps all assigned accounts by applying given prioritization criteria.Develops and execute an annual strategic account plan for assigned accounts with product‑specific and relationship building targets, adjusting as needed based on progress.Arranges and realizes payer engagement plans to achieve the defined strategic goals in alignment with CH&V.Brings insights on payer needs, interests, and decision‑making process to support the CH&V Product Strategist in the development of the local strategy.Co‑ordinates with CH&V Product Strategist to achieve formulary inclusion of Pfizer products in assigned accounts.Arranges educational events between payers and KOLs, advisory meetings and other interactions to achieve strategic goals.Anticipates, mitigates, and manages risks to both Pfizer and assigned accounts.Collaborates with any other Pfizer platform and support functions as well as field colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency in approach and messages.Supports the development and implementation of strategies tailored to assigned accounts, with product‑specific and relationship building goals.Maintains a database of pricing and access offers, performance, and competitive intelligence for assigned accounts to enable gathering of historical insights and inform successful future access strategies.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science (or equivalent).A minimum of 3 years of sales, Market Access Experience and commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in Saudi is a MUST.Multiple Therapeutic Area experience is an advantage.Experience of local laws & regulations and reimbursement process is preferred.Proficient in written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage.Technical Skills RequirementsManages complexity to make timely, informed decisions in a fast‑moving environment.Drives impactful short and long‑term strategies to support patient access and outcomes.Ability to influence without direct authority.Collaborates with others to accomplish shared goals.Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.Consistently demonstrates accountability in the face of challenges.Respond to change with agility, optimism, and innovation.Deliver to expectation within set time frame as well as able to plan and organize timelines around key milestones or set goals/deliverables.Proven record of holding people accountable.Analytical thinking.Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
