Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager

Job OverviewSETEC is looking for a highly proficient and energetic candidate for the position of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager. The intended project is a railway system in Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia requiring a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 15 years’ total experience with 10 years’ experience in railway developments. Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory. Prior experience in project management is highly desirable, with chartered membership in professional organization related to project management and/or railway system engineering preferable.ResponsibilitiesThe HSE Manager shall utilize the Client’s project management systems, processes and tools. He/She shall develop as deemed necessary any additional plans, process, tools and in line with good industry practice to interface, coordinate, manage, supervise, control and report the Project implementation in terms of quality, scope, schedule, HSE,requirements, configuration, cost, safety, RAMS, performance and operability and shall verify and validate the adequacy of these control measures throughout the Services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
