As the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience of our guests and leading a team of waitstaff to deliver exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise a team of waitstaff to ensure efficient and high-quality service is provided to guestsTrain and mentor new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standardsCreate and maintain a positive work environment for the waitstaff, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethicMonitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for guestsGreet and seat guests, taking their orders and providing recommendations on menu itemsEnsure all food and beverage orders are accurately entered and delivered to guests in a timely mannerHandle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfactionCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen teamManage inventory and supplies for the waitstaff, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as neededAdhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all timesAssist with special events and private dining reservations as needed.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Head Waiter or captain in a high-end restaurant is requiredExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairing and menu recommendationsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of health and safety regulations and proceduresGood in English is required, ArabicIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Head Waiter (captain) looking for a new opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we encourage you to apply for this position.
