Head of Trade Marketing

Our client, a regional conglomerate, is looking for a Head of Trade Marketing, based in Dubai, to lead the trade marketing function and drive in-market execution across channels.This role will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies, strengthening retail execution, and ensuring alignment between brand plans and commercial objectives.You will work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver impactful activations and drive sell-out performance.You will also oversee category management, promotional planning, and in-store visibility initiatives while ensuring strong ROI and market performance.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit6–7 years of experience across Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Key Account Management within a large organisation.Experience in both Sales Channel and Trade Marketing is a must.Prior experience within the healthcare sector is required.Strong expertise in retail execution, promotions, and in-market activation strategies.Experience working closely with sales teams to drive channel performance and growth.Solid understanding of category management, shopper behaviour, and market dynamics.Strong ability to manage budgets and evaluate ROI on trade activities.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.This is an opportunity to lead a critical function and drive trade marketing excellence within a dynamic regional organisation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
