Head of SEO

<div><p>We are seeking a data-driven and commercially focused Head of SEO to lead the organic growth strategy of our client iGaming client. This role is responsible for scaling high-impact SEO initiatives across multiple markets driving traffic improving search visibility and maximizing revenue through organic channels. You will own the SEO roadmap while leading a team of specialists and collaborating closely with product content and performance marketing teams.</p><h3>Your Impact</h3><ul><li>Define and executeSEO strategy aligned with business goals and market expansion plans</li><li>Identify growth opportunities across casino sportsbook and emerging verticals</li><li>Lead mentor and scale a high-performing SEO team (technical content outreach)</li><li>Partner with engineering teams to implement scalable SEO solutions</li><li>Manage large-scale websites with complex structures and international targeting</li><li>Drive content strategy including keyword research content planning and optimization</li><li>Optimize conversion-driven landing pages and user journeys</li><li>Own SEO KPIs: organic traffic rankings conversions and revenue</li><li>Report insights and progress to senior stakeholders</li><li>Identify opportunities for new markets and product launches</li></ul><h3>You Bring</h3><ul><li>7 years of SEO experience with significant exposure to iGaming betting or highly competitive verticals</li><li>Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and revenue in EU/Latim markets</li><li>Strong expertise in technical SEO content strategy and link acquisition</li><li>Experience managing large websites and multi-language SEO strategies</li><li>Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and industry tools (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog GSC)</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with affiliate SEO and revenue-share models</li><li>Familiarity with compliance and regulations in iGaming markets</li><li>Background in CRO and UX optimization</li><li>Experience working with product and engineering teams in agile environments</li></ul><h3>What is Offered</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary performance bonuses</li><li>Flexible working environment (remote)</li><li>Opportunity to lead SEO in a high-growth competitive industry</li><li>Clear career progression and leadership impact</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
