Position: Head of SecurityLocation: Ras Al Khaimah, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonusesWe are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Head of Security to oversee all security operations at our facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our people, property, and assets while maintaining compliance with internal standards and regional regulations.This is a strategic leadership position requiring a strong background in security management, excellent crisis response skills, and the ability to lead and develop a professional security team in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and oversee security protocols to safeguard company personnel, facilities, and assets.Supervise day-to-day security operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal standards.Lead and coordinate the security teams response during emergencies and ensure clear communication across all departments.Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of security staff, ensuring readiness and professionalism at all times.Conduct internal training and collaborate with external partners for specialized security development programs.Perform regular risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and audits, providing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.Collaborate with external vendors and partners to install, maintain, and optimize physical and digital security systems.Monitor adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements, enforcing corrective measures when necessary.Review past incidents to identify areas for improvement and strengthen future response protocols.Ensure the confidentiality and protection of sensitive company information at all times.RequirementsFluent English communication skills (C1 level) both written and spoken.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a military, police, national security, or similar disciplined background.At least 5 years in a security management or leadership role.Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high-stakes environments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.Hands-on experience with modern security systems and technologies.Prior collaboration experience with law enforcement agencies or external security providers is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary package with performance-based bonuses.Private health insurance coverage.Public transport card and multisport card benefits.Comprehensive support and tools to achieve your professional goals.Dynamic international team environment with a positive and collaborative culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
