Job DescriptionThis is your chance to join a top global team advising technology clients on a broad range of cross border transactional matters including M&A (public and private), joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital transactions and general corporate advisory work. You will be part of a busy and diverse team spanning 7 offices across the Middle East working on transactions across the MENA region. As a full service firm in the Middle East, your role will also include working closely with our other award winning practice areas on a broad range of matters.About YouWe do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however given an indicative PQE as an approximate guide for applicants.
