Head of MENA

<div><p>On behalf of our client a regulated brokerage we are seeking an experienced Head of MENA to lead the companys expansion across Middle East. Dubai. With a strong global presence we are looking to expand into the MENA region to spearhead our regional strategy regulatory setup and market growth.</p><p><b>Location</b>: Remote</p><h3>Working arrangement</h3><ul><li>Flexible location (regional presence preferred).</li><li>Full-time role with frequent travel across MENA.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the setup and licensing of the companys operations in Dubai in compliance with local financial regulations.</li><li>Define and execute the regional strategy for market entry business development and long-term expansion.</li><li>Identify and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders institutions and regulators in the MENA region.</li><li>Drive business development initiatives focusing on client acquisition onboarding and retention.</li><li>Recruit mentor and manage a local team to support operations and growth in the region.</li><li>Monitor market trends competition and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.</li><li>Act as the primary representative of the company in the MENA region ensuring strong visibility and brand positioning.</li><li>Collaborate with global leadership teams to align regional strategies with the overall company vision.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven track record in establishing and managing financial services entities in Dubai or wider MENA region (experience in Forex and/or Equities is highly preferred).</li><li>Strong background in business development sales and market expansion within financial services.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Dubai (DFSA ADGM SCA or similar).</li><li>Extensive network of industry contacts across MENA.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams remotely.</li><li>Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.</li></ul><h3>Whats in it for you</h3><p>Our client offers an exciting challenging role in a collaborative dynamic environment.
