<div><p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Head of MENA.</p><h3>Position</h3><p>Head of MENA</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Dubai - Remote</p><h3>Employment type</h3><p>Full-time</p><h3>Remuneration</h3><p>base salary</p><h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Lead the setup and licensing of regional operations in compliance with local financial regulations.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies for market entry business growth and long-term expansion.</li><li>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders regulators and industry players.</li><li>Drive business development initiatives including client acquisition onboarding and retention.</li><li>Recruit mentor and manage local teams to support business operations and growth.</li><li>Monitor market trends competition and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.</li><li>Represent the company as a primary point of contact in the region strengthening brand presence and visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3><ul><li>Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic would be considered an advantage.</li><li>Proven experience in establishing and managing financial services operations in regulated markets.</li><li>Strong background in business development sales and market expansion within financial services (experience in Forex and/or Equities is preferred).</li><li>Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.</li><li>Established network of industry relationships within the region.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability with experience building and managing diverse teams.</li><li>Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><h3>OFFER</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to play a leadership role in shaping and growing the companys regional presence.</li><li>Exposure to a dynamic fast-growing business environment with strong global backing.</li><li>Career growth opportunities with the chance to influence strategic decisions at a regional level.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
