Approximately 70% of the role focuses on investor relations,fundraising, and capital sourcing; the other 30% centers on strategic advisory—including materials preparation, financial storytelling,and investment readiness for founders and executives.This role requires a strong understanding of the Saudi investment landscape, including sovereign funds, mega-project vehicles, family offices,and development institutions aligned with Vision 2030.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute a fundraising and investor relations roadmap tailored to Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.</li><li>Build strong relationships with sovereign-linked funds, private offices, venture capital firms, and regional institutional investors.</li><li>Support capital-raising processes for Stratenity and select clients, managing investor outreach, diligence preparation, and follow-ups.</li><li>Craft investor-ready narratives aligned with Saudi market expectations, including value creation, national priorities, and growth models.</li><li>Co-develop pitch materials, one-pagers, investment summaries, and financial messaging.</li><li>Track investment flows in Saudi Arabia, especially around AI, digital transformation, startup ecosystems, and national initiatives.</li><li>Prepare founders and executives for investor discussions, including Q&A, objections, positioning, and strategic messaging.</li><li>Coordinate with leadership to align fundraising priorities with Stratenity’s long-term market strategy in the Kingdom.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Finance degree or MBA required.</li><li>Experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or financing roles in Saudi Arabia or GCC.</li><li>Demonstrated involvement in fundraising cycles (seed to growth rounds or institutional fundraising).</li><li>Strong understanding of Saudi and Gulf investor decision-making frameworks.</li><li>Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across sovereign funds, mega-project programs, and high-net-worth circles.</li><li>Exposure to AI, digital transformation, SaaS, consulting, or innovation-driven sectors is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly valued.</li><li>Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage multiple parallel investor workstreams.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Send your CV and a short introduction email explaining your investor relations and fundraising experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, plusyour interest in Stratenity, to:<br>advisory@velorstrategy.com</p><h3>Ready to Lead Investor Relations&Fundraising for Stratenity in Saudi Arabia?</h3>#J-18808-Ljbffr
