Build and scale a high-performing team, work closely with Product, Clinical, Security, and Customer Success, and ensure integrations are robust, secure, HIPAA compliant, and loved by customers.What You Must Bring:6+ years of software engineering, including 3+ years managing and scaling teams in high-growth early stage startupsDeep integrations experience across industries with the ability to quickly master healthcare data standards and EHRsStrong system design skills: microservices, REST or gRPC, message buses like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and SQL or NoSQL designHands‑on coding in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript. Familiarity with React and TypeScript integration patterns is a plusCI/CD and cloud expertise: GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes, AWS or GCP or AzureSecurity and compliance knowledge: HIPAA and SOC 2, security reviews, threat modelingExcellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholdersExperience at a Series A or B AI or healthcare startupWorking knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMsFirst‑Month FocusAudit current integrations, reliability, and security posture.
