<div><h3>Head of Growth – EdTech (Full remote – French fluent🇫🇷)</h3><p>Paradox EN is looking for a senior Growth leader to build and scale a data-driven revenue engine that leverages AI, behavioral science and technology to transform how millions grow and learn.</p><p>French and English fluency is required. The role is full‑time, fully remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.</li><li>Identify the segments where an offer truly performs and eliminate or adjust those that do not.</li><li>Architect, map out, and oversee funnel and campaign implementation directly.</li><li>Set up tracking, validate flows, and ensure the system works before scaling budgets.</li><li>Conduct relentless CRO&A/B testing: design, launch, and analyze tests for headlines, pricing, offers and more.</li><li>Identify and resolve friction points in the user journey, auditing pages, proposing fixes and implementing tests immediately.</li><li>Explore, test and scale new acquisition channels, collaborating closely with paid social and the content factory.</li><li>Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral and content.</li><li>Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion to uncover constraints.</li><li>Manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by sparring on strategy, copy, and execution.</li><li>Build, train, and, if necessary, stop part‑time or agency talent.</li><li>Align sales and marketing focus on high‑intent leads, setting up a feedback loop with the Sales Team Lead.</li></ul><h3>Tools You’ll Master</h3><ul><li>GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely and other data/experimentation tools.</li></ul><h3>KPIs&Outcomes</h3><ul><li>LTV / CAC ratio</li><li>Funnel conversion rates by stage</li><li>10+ experiments launched per week</li></ul><p>Desired outcomes: 2× better conversion rates than baseline, continuous growth experimentation, and a predictable growth engine.</p><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing – preferably SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product.</li><li>Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that drove measurable revenue or conversion improvements.</li></ul><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li>Growth diagnosis and system thinking</li><li>Persuasion&behavioral insight</li><li>Analytical mindset</li></ul><h3>Personality Traits</h3><ul><li>Curiosity – relentlessly digging into user behavior.</li><li>Hands‑on execution – turning insights into tests within hours.</li><li>Precision – clarity in hypotheses, clean data, unambiguous results.</li><li>Agility – quick adaptation to new findings.</li></ul><h3>Language Requirements</h3><p>French: Native/Bilingual.
