Apply bySunday, 29 March 2026, 10 Shawwal 1447LocationRiyadhDepartment/SectionSummaryLeads the hospital’s financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory reporting functions, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance of all internal and external financial statements.Essential Responsibilities and DutiesDirects, leads, and optimises financial reporting processes to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely financial information across the hospital and its entities.Oversees the preparation and consolidation of monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Ensures timely production of management reports,financial analyses, and disclosures to support executive decision-making.Leads the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements.Serves as the technical accounting authority for complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, leases, provisions,impairments, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.Develops, interprets, and maintains accounting policies,procedures, and reporting manuals to ensure consistent application across the organisation.Ensures strong financial controls over reporting processes, reconciliations, journal entries, and disclosures.Coordinates and manages internal and external audits related to financial reporting, ensuring timely completion and effective resolution of audit findings.Collaborates with Finance Systems, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure financial reporting systems support accurate data capture, consolidation, and reporting.Oversees balance sheet governance, ensuring timely andaccurate account reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items.Partner with senior finance leadership in budgeting,forecasting, and variance analysis, providing insight and challenge on financial performance.Monitors changes in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and reporting best practices; assess impact and lead implementation of required changes.Provides technical guidance, coaching, and training to finance staff on accounting standards, reporting requirements, and best practices.Supports organisational initiatives, transactions, and projects by assessing financial reporting and accounting implications.Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Participates in selecting, recruiting, training,retaining and evaluating assigned personnel. Establishes and maintains a positive working environment to implement policies, evaluates performance,correct deficiencies and implements discipline proceduresFollows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting,Finance or other related discipline is requiredExperience RequiredNine(9) years of related experience with Master’s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is requiredOther Requirements(Certificates)A professional certification such as CPA or SOCPA or ACCA is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
