This is a strategic leadership position working closely with the CFO and executive team to drive financial visibility, improve planning processes, and support key business decisions.The role will focus on shaping the organisation’s financial planning framework, strengthening forecasting and budgeting practices, and providing meaningful insights that help guide growth and operational performance.ResponsibilitiesManaging and improving budgeting processes and long-term financial planningEnhancing reporting capabilities to support better, data-driven decisionsIdentifying potential financial risks and supporting mitigation strategiesDeveloping and leading a high-performing FP&A teamLeading the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activitiesSupporting audit activities and working with external partners where requiredOverseeing financial controls and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policiesDriving improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and planning platformsPartnering with senior leadership to provide commercial and strategic financial insightsRequirementsStrong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planningAbility to partner effectively with executive stakeholders and influence decision-makingProfessional finance qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are advantageousStrong background in finance, with hands-on experience in multinational, IT, or technology companies is a MUST.At least 11+ years experience in a similar role with 5+ being in management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
