You will lead end-to-end engineering execution for our iOS app, driving step-function improvements in performance, reliability, and user experience while establishing technical excellence across the mobile stack.</p></li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Own end-to-end engineering execution for iOS, from architecture and roadmap through delivery and reliability.</p></li><li><p>Drive step-function performance improvements, targeting at least 50% reductions in app launch time, memory usage, and crash rates.</p></li><li><p>Design and operate robust observability, metrics, and automated testing systems to ensure consistent performance at scale.</p></li><li><p>Lead iOS execution rituals including daily and weekly standups, backlog ownership in Linear, and tight cross-functional coordination with Product, Design, and Backend teams.</p></li><li><p>Translate product goals into clear dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to keep teams unblocked and shipping.</p></li><li><p>Drive mobile EHR integration excellence, ensuring seamless integration with Epic Haiku, Epic HyperSpace, and other mobile EHR platforms.</p></li></ul><h3>Hard Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Founder-level ownership mindset.
