<div><h3>Head of Engineering – AI Platform | Relocation to Dubai</h3><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are hiring a Head of Engineering to lead a team building<b>production-grade AI products</b>that are transforming the financial sector.</p><p>You will work at the intersection of<b>AI, data platforms, and scalable software systems</b>, leading talented engineers while remaining close to the technical architecture and product delivery.</p><p>Experience building platforms from scratch / Where AI&Data is core - Similar industry (Satellite, Drones etc)</p><p><b>10+ years of progressive technical experience</b>, evolving from hands‑on software/AI/platform engineering into roles such as Principal Engineer, Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Engineering Manager/Director.</p><p><b>Highly technical and hands‑on</b>, still actively coding, reviewing merge requests, and engaging in deep technical discussions.</p><p><b>5+ years of leadership experience</b>, managing and scaling diverse engineering teams of<b>25+ individual contributors</b>.</p><p><b>3+ years building commercial products/platforms</b>in<b>geospatial, remote sensing, Earth observation, or image analytics</b>.
