As a lighthouse tech company, it continues to create an environment where people can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the transformation of real estate in MENA.Role Summary :Within the Commercial Finance function, Property Finder is looking for a Head of Data Science (Finance) to lead advanced analytics and data science initiatives that enable smarter commercial decisions, client growth, and monetization outcomes.This role will partner closely with Commercial, Analytics and Finance teams to deeply understand problem statements, translate them into analytical frameworks, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions across pricing, product, and sales effectiveness.The role combines hands‑on analytical depth, and business partnership, with a strong focus on moving from insight to action.Key Responsibilities:Own end‑to‑end problem solving: frame business problems, deep dive into data, build analytical models, and recommend actionable solutions.Drive advanced analytics and data science use cases including:Client performance diagnostics and opportunity sizingPricing, packaging, and monetization optimizationSales productivity and effectiveness analyticsCohort, behavioral, and revenue analysisWork closely with the Monetization team to evaluate pricing and product initiatives using data, experimentation, and impact measurement.Lead the evolution of analytical tools and frameworks, ensuring they adapt to market conditions and Commercial Team needs.Maintain a high bar for data quality, analytical rigor, and interpretability, proactively identifying inconsistencies and risks.Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences.Support ad‑hoc deep dives and client engagements where advanced analytics is required to explain performance drivers and improvement levers.Own delivery of analytical outputs (models, dashboards, insights) that support broader Finance and Strategy decision‑making.Desired Qualifications:10+ years of work experience in Data Science or AnalyticsMasters / PhD preferred but not essentialTeam management experience in a fast paced, impact oriented organization.SQL and Tableau knowledge is a plusAbility to create presentations for Executive audiences that tell a storylineExceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to clients and non technical audiencesHaving an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues and data quality problems.Fluency in EnglishOur promise to talentAt Property Finder, we believe talent thrives in an environment where you can beyour best self.
