Build the full‑stack AI environment - GPUs, lakehouse, MDM, SLMs, vector databases, MLOps, and proprietary domain models. Lead cross‑functional delivery of AI, automation and advanced analytics across retail, supply chain, customer, finance, and digital commerce. Partner with leaders to identify high‑value use cases, govern responsible AI, and drive measurable transformation. Create and scale innovation engines, emerging tech pilots, AI/ML product teams, and enterprise‑wide AI upskilling.Profile12 years' experience in Data, AI, machine learning, and emerging tech, with proven leadership running enterprise‑scale AI programmes. End‑to‑end expertise across AI lifecycle management, MLOps, GenAI, retrieval systems, vector search, and domain‑specific LLMs/SLMs. Demonstrated work in robotics, automation, or physical AI integration is a strong advantage.
