ResponsibilitiesHospitality or Theme Park environment FM trainings which involves all the MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) systems including civil works.Computer Literate (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)Ability to work under pressure, persistent and Team orientedMust have a minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in the maintenance field in either hospitality or theme park industry.Technical experience and knowledge of the following: HVAC-R/BMS, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Landscaping.Leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast paced, fun and busy environment including managing multiple deadlines, tasks and projects.Aware of international and local regulation/standards in regards to Facilities workDesirableKnowledge of Maximo will be a plus advantage.Knowledge of energy conservation strategies.Must have a minimum of at least 4 years’ experience in the maintenance field in either hospitality or theme park industry.High School Diploma, Trade Certificate/License or Related Course Diploma.#J-18808-Ljbffr
