Decision Management Consultant is currently recruiting for one of its clients in the Hospitality Industry based in Dubai, UAE.About Our ClientOur client is a well-established hospitality company based in Dubai, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high service standards. With a strong presence in the local market, the organization is committed to creating memorable stays through personalized service, operational excellence, and attention to detail. The company fosters a professional and guest-focused culture, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and fulfill special guest requests, including room amenities, dining reservations, and transportation arrangements, ensuring a personalized and seamless service experience.Handle and resolve complex guest issues and complaints, working towards satisfactory resolutions to restore and maintain guest satisfaction.Actively collect and review guest feedback, utilizing insights to implement improvements and address recurring concerns.Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure all requests and requirements are met efficiently.Provide guidance and support to Guest Service Executive 1 team members, assisting with training and professional development when required.Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement best practices to elevate the overall guest experience.Promote hotel services, amenities, and packages to guests, leveraging opportunities to drive revenue through effective upselling.Assist in coordinating guest events and special occasions, ensuring all arrangements align with guest expectations.Manage emergency situations or service disruptions with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and minimizing guest impact.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry.Experience handling complex guest interactions and delivering personalized service.BenefitsEmployee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
