From one-click trading to smart automation and deep on-chain liquidity, Aster is rethinking how DeFi should work — simple, efficient, and built for users.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Growth Manager to drive user and trading growth for Aster. This role focuses on growth strategy, referral/affiliate expansion, and data-driven experiments, working closely with product, BD, and marketing teams to scale user acquisition and trading activity. The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving crypto environment.Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & User ExpansionDevelop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volumeIdentify scalable growth channels including referrals, affiliates, partners, and trading communitiesAnalyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention2. Referral & Affiliate EcosystemBuild and manage the referral and affiliate ecosystemIdentify and onboard partners, trading communities, brokers, and KOL-driven networksDesign incentive mechanisms that align partner growth with platform trading activityMonitor partner performance based on referred users, addresses, and trading volume3. Campaigns & Incentive ProgramsPlan and execute growth campaigns and trading incentive programsManage campaigns end-to-end from concept, launch, performance tracking to optimizationEnsure campaigns deliver measurable results in user growth and trading activity4. Data-Driven GrowthAnalyze internal data and growth funnels to identify opportunitiesDesign and run growth experiments to improve acquisition and activationTrack and evaluate campaign performance using defined metrics5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product, BD, and marketing teams to align growth initiativesTranslate product features into clear growth opportunities and user valueSupport growth initiatives related to product launches, partnerships, and ecosystem expansionRequirements3-6+ years experience in growth, business development, or user growth rolesExperience in crypto, DeFi, trading platforms, or fintechStrong understanding of referral systems, affiliate programs, and incentive mechanismsStrong data awareness and ability to interpret growth metrics and dashboardsProven ability to drive measurable user or trading growthNice to HaveExperience working with trading communities or crypto KOL networksFamiliar with DEX / DeFi ecosystemsExperience launching trading competitions or incentive campaignsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
