Furless Group – Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Direct reports: Financial Controller, BookkeeperJob OverviewThe Finance Director will lead and operationalise the full finance function across Furless Group (Furless Hair Removal Center LLC, Furless Beauty Institute LLC, and The Trading Corner FZ-LLC), with end-to-end ownership of financial strategy, accounting, cash flow, procurement, controls, compliance, and performance management as the Group scales regionally and internationally.This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role requiring strong financial judgment, commercial partnership, and execution discipline. The role will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑dayfinance operations, systemisation, and risk management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving profitability, strengthening cash discipline, enforcing controls, reducing inefficiencies, and preparing the Group for audits, due diligence, and future sale or investment readiness.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy, Leadership & GovernanceAct as the strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team, translating business objectives into robust financial plans and decision frameworks.Lead the Group’s financial roadmap to support sustainable growth and international expansion.Support scenario planning, capital allocation, and investment decisions.Provide structured financial insight and governance reporting to senior leadership.Build, maintain, and continuously improve integrated financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts with clear variance analysis and corrective actions.Partner with Operations, HR, Sales, and Marketing to align financial forecasts with operational plans and capacity assumptions.3. Accounting, Reporting & ComplianceOwn accurate and timely accounting, month‑end close, reconciliations, and management reporting across all Group entities.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, KSA ZATCA, and other applicable tax and regulatory requirements.Oversee payroll compliance, WPS, GOSI, and statutory obligations in partnership with HR.Establish and enforce strong internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare the Group for audits, due diligence, regulatory reviews, and sale readiness.4. Cash Flow, Treasury & Working CapitalOwn short and long‑term cash flow planning, liquidity management, and runway visibility.Manage banking relationships and facilities.Drive disciplined accounts receivable, collections, payables, and payment prioritisation.Protect liquidity during expansion phases and high‑growth cycles.5. Procurement, CapEx & Cost ManagementLead procurement strategy including vendor selection, negotiations, contract structuring, and cost optimisation.Define procurement approval matrices, authority limits, and purchasing controls.Own CapEx planning, ROI assessment, and post‑investment tracking.Reduce vendor dependency risk and enforce disciplined contract management.6. Commercial Finance, Revenue, Workforce & Unit EconomicsPartner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing on pricing, promotions, and revenue strategies.Own unit economics by branch, service line, course, and product.Analyse margin drivers and challenge growth initiatives that dilute profitability or cash flow.Track product, service, and channel‑level profitability to guide commercial decisions.Partner with HR on headcount planning, commission structures, incentives, and cost sustainability.7. Performance Measurement & Executive KPIsDefine, implement, and monitor executive‑level financial KPIs and dashboards.Provide leadership with actionable insights, early risk indicators, and corrective recommendations.Track financial health, cost structures, ROI, and operational efficiency metrics across the Group.Identify and mitigate financial, operational, compliance, and fraud risks.Enforce segregation of duties, approval controls, and delegation of authority frameworks.Lead periodic internal control reviews and remediation initiatives.9. Systems, SOPs & Process OptimisationDesign, implement, and document finance SOPs, workflows, procurement processes, and compliance frameworks.Own the finance systems roadmap, including integration with operational, CRM, POS, and HR systems.Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system scalability.10. Leadership, Coaching & Capability BuildingLead, mentor, and develop the finance teamBuild financial discipline and literacy across departments.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance ownership.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.18+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in multi‑entity, high‑growth environments.Strong background in financial planning, cash flow management, procurement, and cost control.Deep hands‑on knowledge
