As a Malayalee, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural environment while showcasing your design skills and creativity.Responsibilities:- Develop visually appealing graphics for various projects such as brochures, logos, websites, and social media posts- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and propose design concepts- Create designs that effectively communicate the brand's message and align with its overall aesthetic- Ensure all designs are consistent with company branding guidelines- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality- Work efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standardsRequirements:- Must be a Malayalee with proficiency in Malayalam- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing various design styles- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms is preferred- Strong understanding of color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members- Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts and receiving feedbackBenefits:As this is a contract position without the need for English proficiency, we offer accommodation during the duration of the job.
