The ideal candidate will design impactful advertisements, exhibition branding materials, and engaging social media creatives that align with our brand identity and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign eye-catching advertisements for print and digital platforms.Develop branding and visual materials for exhibitions, including banners, booths, signage, and event collateral.Create social media creatives and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.Design visual content for email marketing, WhatsApp promotions, and website assets.Produce onsite banners and print materials ensuring high-quality output.Collaborate with marketing and events teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all creative outputs.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Source or create images, icons, and graphics to enhance visual appeal.Prepare final artwork for print production and digital publishing.Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve creative quality.Support other ad hoc design needs as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in events, marketing, or advertising.Strong portfolio showcasing advertisement design, exhibition branding, and social media creatives.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat) and Figma.Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing assets.Understanding of print production processes and file preparation.Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and time management skills.Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a strong plus.Why Join Us?Opportunities for Career GrowthHealth & Wellness BenefitsCreative and Collaborative Work EnvironmentIf you are passionate about design and ready to contribute to high-profile global events, join HQMena’s creative team in Dubai!#J-18808-Ljbffr
