This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset strong problemsolving skills.</p><p>Candidates with backgrounds in<b>Venture Capital firms agencies or startups</b>will find this role particularly relevant.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Visual&Digital Design:</b>Create engaging onbrand visual content for social media platforms digital campaigns and marketing materials.</li><li><b>UI/UX Design:</b>Develop usercentered design solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality to enhance user experience.</li><li><b>Trend Analysis&Innovation:</b>Stay updated with design trends and best practices from leading tech companies to continuously evolve our Graphics strategies.</li><li><b>CrossFunctional Collaboration:</b>Work closely with program managers developers and marketing teams to deliver integrated highquality design solutions.</li><li><b>Project Management:</b>Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.</li><li><b>Feedback&Iteration:</b>Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and user testing to refine designs and improve overall effectiveness.</li></ul><h3>Who We Are Looking For</h3><p>We are looking for professionals who:</p><ul><li><b>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphics design with a strong focus on social media and strategic .</b></li><li><b>Must have experience working with venture capital firms agencies or startups.</b></li><li><b>Demonstrated skills in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.</b></li><li><b>Keen understanding of current design trends and best practices especially those adopted by top tech companies.</b></li><li><b>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Graphics Suite Sketch Figma or similar tools.</b></li><li><b>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate design concepts effectively.</b></li><li><b>Animation experience is a plus.</b></li><li><b>Experience in and the ability to work efficiently in a remote work setting.</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
