Your creativity and design expertise will be instrumental in promoting our real estate projects and engaging our target audience. This role is critical to our marketing efforts and overall success in the competitive real estate market.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of our brand across all marketing channels.Create visually appealing presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.Provide creative input and support for various marketing and promotional activities.Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the highest quality production standards.Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the real estate or property industry.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Company BioEiger Marvel is a distinguished leader in the Real Estate and Property industry, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable property solutions.
