What You'll Be Doing Develop original design concepts for digital campaigns, packaging, logos, banners, and more Work closely with celebrity account managers to deliver tailored designs that align with individual brands and personalities Collaborate with our private label team to design and launch new products from ideas to sample Aligning with marketing, media, and e-commerce teams to execute stunning visuals across all customer touchpoints Contribute to creative brainstorms, share fresh ideas, and help elevate the brand aesthetic Ensure timely delivery of designs in sync with campaign calendars and product launch timelines Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines, are optimized for performance, and deliver consistent visual language across platforms Take part in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and fine-tune drafts to perfection Keep a keen eye on the smallest details because the magic is in the margins Stay ahead of design trends, influence aesthetics, and emerging consumer visual behavior Apply creative insights to campaigns, packaging, and product launches to increase visual appeal and engagement Create designs for sister brands and departments-ensuring consistent quality and style Upload, organize, and manage final assets across platforms and tools for seamless production. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in graphic design, 3D Design, Animation, or related field 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer (e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle a big plus) Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Final Cut Pro, and CorelDraw Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web-ready design Strong skills in typography, layout, color theory, and branding Great communicator team player with the ability to manage feedback and multiple projects Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus!)
