Every team member contributes to our shared vision:“Converting Energy to Synergy.”Position OverviewAre you a Saudi Electrical or Mechanical Engineer eager to launch your career in Testing & Commissioning, Electrical Testing for Substations, and MEP Contracting?At CSI Global, we’re building the next generation of Saudi engineers who will shape the future of energy and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in live building MEP Systems, substation and industrial environments, learning how to witness, execute, plan and verify complex testing and commissioning processes under high quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport field engineers in testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.Participate in substation testing activities such as protection relay verification, CT/VT checks, and equipment inspections.Assist in preparing test reports, checklists, and site documentation.Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.Learn to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and testing procedures.Contribute to project execution, material tracking, and site coordination.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in testing & commissioning, construction, or maintenance fields.Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).Basic understanding of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.Good communication skills in English.Enthusiastic, disciplined, and eager to learn from hands-on field experience.Preferred QualificationsComprehensive on-the-job training in Testing & Commissioning and Electrical Testing for Substations.Mentorship by highly qualified Cx Engineers.Mentorship by senior SEC-approved Engineers.Career path toward Testing Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, or Project Engineer roles.Exposure to high-profile infrastructure, MEP Systems and energy projects across Saudi Arabia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
