Graduate Employee – Rotational Program (UAE National)

The Graduate Employee – Rotational Program role is designed to develop freshly graduated Emirati talent through structured, on-the-job rotations across key business functions. The role aims to build functional capability, business understanding, and leadership potential, while supporting Americana Restaurants’ Emiratization 2026 strategy and long-term talent pipeline.
