While partnering with companies of all sizes – large and small, national and global – our business model emphasizes the importance of providing the highest quality of services available to transitioning employees.</li></ul><p>Be a part of moving careers forward!</p><p>We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Dubai to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>We support employees who are relocating due to their company’s initiatives. Our coaches assist the employees/families with integration into the new area, and the accompanying spouses/partners with job search strategies to help them find new employment/career opportunities or career continuation. The Coach works in a 1:1 capacity with the program participants by using IMPACT Group’s technology and coaching methodology. This is a part‑time, contract, and working from home/remote position, approximately 10–15 hours per month.</li><li>Establishes rapport with program participants and motivates them to achieve goals.</li><li>Guides participants through coaching process and milestone completion.</li><li>Advises and coaches career development, transition issues and career options.</li><li>Coaches on CV/ résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing and negotiating.</li><li>Maintains electronic service delivery record for each employee serviced, according to the internal guide.</li><li>Monitors progress of participants, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and dealing with personal issues that are affecting their careers.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5‑7+ years of experience coaching others in job search.</li><li>Experience with resume development, interview preparation, career exploration, LinkedIn profiles and other aspects of job search coaching.</li><li>Experience working with job seekers on job searches in Dubai.</li><li>Proven experience in facilitation, business coaching, and integration coaching.</li><li>Very strong verbal / written communication skills (bilingual—English&proficiency in at least one additional language preferred).</li><li>Able to analyze and appropriately address transitional needs. Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with recipients/clients.</li><li>Understanding of business and cultural practices within Dubai and surrounding areas.</li><li>Currently lives and/or works in Dubai.</li><li>High‑speed internet connection on a personal computer; headset with a microphone or earbuds will be necessary (remote work).</li><li>Experience working with job seekers of various professions and levels.</li><li>Ideal Candidate: Master’s degree in a discipline involving the study of human behavior, business or related field preferred.</li><li>Coaching certificate or training.</li><li>Familiarity with Zoom&MS Teams.</li><li>Has personally relocated to a different country.</li><li>Expat or Repat preferred.</li><li>Strong cross‑cultural competence.</li><li>Fluently speaks English&at least one additional (local) language.</li></ul><p>IMPACT Group is the leading provider of career‑life transition services serving more than 150 Fortune 500 companies worldwide and ranked #1 for customer satisfaction for 15+ years.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
