Job Description

New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new partnership for MBG products and servicesAccount Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on global economic events, market trends, and currency fluctuations to provide timely market insights.Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; report on sales activities and performance regularly.Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, and compliance) to enhance client experience and service delivery.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; Forex certifications are a plus.Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within CFD, Forex, crypto, financial services, or trading platforms.Forex Knowledge: Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, technical analysis, and risk management.Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex trading concepts.Networking: Ability to build strong networks and attract high-potential clients.Market Analysis: Skilled in interpreting market trends and economic data to support client trading decisions.Technology: Proficiency with Forex trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5, cTrader, etc.) and CRM systems.Flexibility: The candidate must be willing to relocate and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving market environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
