This prestigious position requires discretion, professionalism, and experience in high‑profile households.</p><h3>Profil</h3><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Provide daily academic tutoring and create tailored curricula (British, American, or IB systems).</li><li>Support entry into elite educational institutions; foster multilingual fluency.</li><li>Teach etiquette, manners, and social protocol; encourage independence and emotional intelligence.</li><li>Organize cultural activities, outings, and enrichment programs.</li><li>Establish structured daily routines; oversee wardrobe and grooming.</li><li>Collaborate with household staff; ensure seamless operations and care.</li><li>Accompany the family during travel, ensuring educational continuity.</li><li>Maintain open communication with the Sheikha and Chief of Staff; uphold strict confidentiality.</li></ul><p><b>Candidate Profile:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Child Development, or related field (formal Governess training preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in UHNWI, royal, or diplomatic households.</li><li>Native/fluent English (British English preferred); Arabic/French an advantage.</li><li>Culturally aware, discreet, emotionally mature, calm under pressure.</li><li>Impeccable presentation; loyalty and professionalism essential.</li><li>Valid passport, ability to travel at short notice; First Aid&CPR certified; clean background check.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
