This information will be kept strictly confidential and will not impact hiring decisions.Necessary Qualifications6+ years experience in technology architecture, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated specifically to AI/ML solution design.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Software Engineering.A Master’s degree is highly preferred.Be Azure or AWS Solution Architect certified.Previous experience in banking or financial services.Deep expertise in architecting RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS).Advanced knowledge of Azure and AWS ecosystems, specifically for AI/ML deployments and serverless architectures.Proven ability to define backlog items (Epics/Features) and mentor engineering teams in a Scaled Agile framework.Strong grasp of microservices, API design patterns, and enterprise data products.A firm commitment to ethical AI principles, explainability, and governance within a highly regulated environment.Preferred Additional QualificationsA proven ability to anticipate the evolution of agentic systems and assess their long-term applicability to banking.Be skilled in articulating the ROI of AI solutions to non-technical senior leadership.Experience in proactively identifying architectural risks, from data privacy leaks to model performance bottlenecks.Experience in actively engaging with the global AI community to stay ahead of trends like PEFT (Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning) or RLHF.Closing StatementThis position offers a unique opportunity to shape the
