We champion an entrepreneurial culture to unlock the full potential of bringing energy to the world.</p><p><b>Partner the best</b></p><p>As a Gear Box Field Specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and/or inspection operations at our customers' sites around the world.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Communicating with the customer to determine their needs and performing inspections or repairs.</li><li>Performing mechanical activities on site, either alone or with the customer's employees.</li><li>Inspecting gears and auxiliary components (pumps, couplings, etc.).</li><li>Replacing parts in LUFKIN Gears or competitor gearboxes, as well as bearings or bushings.</li><li>Reconditioning LUFKIN gearboxes or those of our competitors.</li><li>Resolve malfunctions or emergencies as needed.</li><li>Perform vibration checks.</li><li>Supervising repairs and technical improvements.</li><li>Supervising and direct on‑site teams (e.g., client subcontractors).</li><li>Preparing post-intervention reports.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Field with 2 to 6 years experience Rotating equipment or Turbines or Gear box from Oil and Gas Domain.</li><li>Open to work in Baker Hughes plant in Dammam, travel involved in certain parts of Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Be rigorous, organized, and methodical.</li><li>Be autonomous and able to take initiative.</li><li>Bilingual (Arabic/English).</li><li>Be able to travel worldwide 80% of the time.</li><li>Be able to work in difficult conditions (climate, dust) and occasionally work overtime.</li></ul><h3>Flexible Working Patterns</h3><ul><li>Working flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Contemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities</li><li>Comprehensive private medical care options</li><li>A safety net of life insurance and disability programs</li><li>Tailored financial programs</li><li>Additional elected or voluntary benefits</li></ul><p>The Baker Hughes internal title for this role is: Field Specialist II - PT</p><h3>About Us</h3><p>We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
