Full-Time GardenerWe are in need of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Full-Time Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the plants and grounds of our property. This role requires someone with a strong knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing plants- Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal needs- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests- Ensure that all garden equipment is properly maintained and stored- Create and maintain attractive landscape designs for our property- Communicate with management about any issues or improvements needed for the garden areaRequirements:- At least 2 years of experience as a Gardener- Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and landscaping techniques- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam or English preferred (Hindi or Urdu is also acceptable)- Must be an Indian national with valid residence permit or transferable visa sponsorshipThis is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
