Job DescriptionOn schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor to join the resort’s Table Games Operations team.ResponsibilitiesSupervise gaming specialist during live game operations and ensure adherence to proceduresProvide on‑the‑job coaching and support to gaming specialist to maintain game integrity and service qualityIdentify performance gaps and escalate training needs to the Area ManagerOversee assigned tables and ensure games are run efficiently and securelyMonitor team performance, game pace, and guest interactionsEnsure compliance with gaming policies, procedures, and government regulationsRespond to guest inquiries and minor disputes professionally and escalated when necessaryEnsure proper handling of chips, cards, and other table game assetsMonitor table limits and ensure adherence to operational guidelinesReport suspicious activity, equipment issues, or procedural deviations to the Area ManagerInteract professionally with team members, management and guestsAbout YouHigh school diploma required, further education in hospitality or gaming preferredMinimum of 1–2 years’ experience in table games or gaming operationsExperience supervising or mentoring gaming specialist is an advantageSolid understanding of table games procedures and compliance standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, professional, and guest‑focused demeanorAttention to detail and ability to observe and respond quicklyTeam‑oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environmentBasic proficiency in MS Office and gaming systemsAble to adapt to varying work schedules in a 24‑hour operational setting, including weekends, holidays, and shift workAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
