Functional Lead - ApplicationsTelecom DubaiWe are looking for a D365 Functional Consultant who will be responsible for reviewing our business requirements, processes, recommend changes to improve efficiency, and be a functional bridge between stakeholder teams and Development team for D365 and Salesforce.You will work internally with the IT team to understand the requirements as and when they arise and work towards implementing them. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.Role Required: D365 Functional Consultant with minimum 4 years’ experience.Responsibilities:Demonstrate D365 F&O expertise to Stakeholder teams, IT Development Team and mentor them.Interact with stakeholder teams to understand business requirements and document the same.Translate business requirements to technical requirements and create Fit / Gap analysis.Create functional requirement and design for customizations and estimates for the implementation tasks.Test the solution and champion the UAT process amongst users.Train users and mentor them as per business needs.Ownership in completing implementation tasks on time.Is the person of contact for all D365 related functional queries & capabilities.Is the bridge in functional capacity between stakeholder teams and Development team.Skills and Qualifications:Hands on knowledge of D365 F&O Functional capabilities. Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus point.Ability to face Stakeholders and advise them on best outcomes.Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Good knowledge of integration tools and experience in integrating D365 with multiple platforms and vice versa.MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services experience is preferred.Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security, roles, profiles etc.Strong ability to understand business requirements from non-technical users and convey them to the Development team.Education: B.E, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA or MCA.Certification: Any Microsoft D365 ERP Functional certification is a plus point.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: DubaiDo send your updated CV with subject line D365 Functional Lead - Applications to: varnita.p@dutcotennant.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
