If you’re passionate about delivering impactful ERP solutions, collaborating across industries, and bridging business needs with technology — we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities of Functional Consultant / Pre-Sales Executive (Odoo ERP)Gather & analyze customer requirements, and document detailed SRS (Software Requirement Specification) / FRD (Functional Requirement Document)Conduct Gap Analysis between client needs and Odoo standard functionalityDesign effective solutions using Odoo modules and workflowsSupport the Sales Team with pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals & client workshopsMaintain strong customer relations, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with cross-functional teams — developers, project managers, and QA — to deliver projects on timeContribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization & automationQualification Required for Functional Consultant / Pre-Sales Executive (Odoo ERP)Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP across modules (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)Hands-on experience preparing SRS/FRD documentation & conducting business process mappingExcellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teamsExposure to diverse industries and ability to adapt solutions to varied business scenariosExperience in pre-sales activities and delivering product demonstrationsAvailable to join immediatelyCompany BioGlobal Career Heights Human Resources and Management Consultancy is a leading HR solutions provider based in Dubai, UAE.
