Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time.Requires: US Citizenship.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: SECRET.Requires: Associate degree.Job DescriptionPosition is at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.Performs as deployed Mid-Level Full Motion Video (FMV) Screener/Analyst, analyzing FMV sensor feeds in support of customer. Performs GEOINT and IMINT functions, extract coordinates, and determine positional relationships from processed imagery. Creates imagery products and reports. Performs research of the area of responsibility and adversary threat analyses and identification. Collaborates with other imagery analysts, intelligence analysts, and subject matter experts. Provides GEOINT products to mission partners in support of US and Coalition forces. Position is full-time with an extended work week that includes non-daytime hours, holidays, and weekends, and will require the ability to travel.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a teamServe as the lead liaison between the supported customers, flying units and Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) crew during missionsMentor and train junior and Coalition analysts in FMV PED tactics, techniques, and proceduresResponsible for reviewing and understanding all support documentation (i.e., KMZ, Concepts of Operations; Essential Elements of Information) provided by customer prior to missionResponsible for awareness of target areas/locations and related historical information prior to missionEnsures 100% eyes-on the FMV feed and providing near-real time chat reporting using tactical chat (ml RC, Chatsurfer, or Transverse as appropriate), and creates/documents chat logs (when requested)Perform geo-location mensuration functions, extracts coordinates and positional relationships from digital databasesCompile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operationsUtilize basic imagery analysis skills, plotting, map reading, object identification by order-of-battle, and facility identification and description by purpose and functionProduce imagery-derived intelligence products and reports for publication and distribution to a broad range of customersPrepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids, and draft, edit, and proofread documents for publishing that are derived from FMV and Imagery analysisContractors will be expected to fully comprehend the duties of and potentially deploy as an ITCRequired QualificationsValid U. S. Driver’s licenseValid U. S. PassportMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SECRETExperience: At least 4 years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or Intelligence experience or related field analysis experience with the following MOS 35 G, 350 G, 12 Y, USCM 0261, 0241, AF IN1 X1, AF 1 N151 X OR other Do D OR Government agency equivalent specialty codesAt least 2 years of hands‑on FMV analysis and production experienceAt least 2 years of experience with FMV exploitation tools such as Analysis, Integration, and Modeling of Earth System (AIMES), Vi Dex (Video Exploitation) or equivalentsKnowledge of basic or advanced GEOINT or FMV production operationsExperience writing analytic products following IC directives and guidanceEducation RequirementsAssociate Degree OR three years of relevant experience in Geospatial Intelligence OperationsPhysical and Environmental ConditionsRequires Sitting (66%), Standing (15%), Walking (15%), Near Acuity (100%), Speaking (100%), Listening (100%), Sight (100%), Use of fingers and hands (100%).Equal Opportunity EmployerFGS, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
