Industry Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with healthcare roles (nurses, doctors, medical staff)</li><li>Familiarity with beauty sector roles (therapists, specialists, salon/clinic staff)</li><li>Understanding of regulatory requirements (licenses, certifications) in UAE</li></ul><h3>3. Communication&Interpersonal Skills</h3><ul><li>Clear, professional communication with clients and candidates</li><li>Strong negotiation skills (salary, benefits, expectations)</li><li>Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates</li></ul><h3>4. Organizational&Project Management Skills</h3><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously</li><li>Track recruitment progress and maintain a structured candidate pipeline</li><li>Good time management and prioritization</li></ul><h3>5. Networking&Relationship Building</h3><ul><li>Established candidate network is a big advantage</li><li>Ability to proactively source passive candidates</li><li>Maintain strong industry contacts</li></ul><h3>6. Tech&Tools Proficiency</h3><ul><li>Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or spreadsheets</li><li>Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and email outreach</li><li>Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace)</li></ul><h3>7.
